Privacy Policy

When you fill in our booking form, we collect the student’s name, phone number, email, class or exam, school name (if given) and city.

We use your details only to contact you about counselling, for example to reply on WhatsApp, call you or send an email about your session. We do not sell your information.

Form details are saved in a Google spreadsheet that only our team can access. When you submit the form, a WhatsApp chat also opens with your details pre-filled, and you decide whether to send that message.

Many of our students are minors. We encourage a parent or guardian to be involved when a student submits their details.

This website uses Google (for example Google Maps and Google Sheets) and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply to how they handle data.

We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser remembers for the current visit that you have closed the booking pop-up, so it does not appear again.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (for example which pages are viewed). It collects anonymous usage information through cookies; we do not use it to identify you.

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you gave us at any time by contacting us on the phone numbers or email shown on the Contact page.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
